Cercle de Voile de Valenciennes

The Sailing Club of Valenciennes was created in 1964 by some sailing enthusiasts who wanted to create an association. Over time, it has become a well-known club in the Nord region, Pas-de-Calais, with recognized sports results. The Valenciennes Sailing Club is a dynamic club of 200 practitioners and welcomes more than 10,000 trainees throughout the year. The club is located on the Vineyard pond which extends over 54 hectares and is oriented in the axis of the prevailing winds. Activities on the spot: Stand up paddle (novelty 2016), light sailing (dinghy, catamaran), sailing, radio-controlled sailing, kayak ... Introductory and advanced courses with qualified instructors during the school holidays.
